Booking the Players
Please contact us now regarding all scheduling for the 2012-2013 academic calendar. We look forward to discussing performance details with you.
Please provide the following information about your request for a CRLT Theatre Program Performance. In answering the questions, please be aware that the CRLT Players request:
- an exact start time and an uninterrupted period in which to perform*
- the performance location to be set up with the requested materials at least one hour prior to the performance
- access to the performance space at least one hour prior to performance
- meals to be served and finished prior to the performance or served following the performance
- a Green Room - a nearby room available to actors while off-stage and in which they may safely store their belongings

*Please note that a CRLT Players' performance can range from 1 hours to 2 hours depending on the sketch.
