Mission Statement
To support efforts in the University of Michigan at large to create an institutional climate in which students and faculty from all backgrounds can succeed, to build a network of faculty and administrators committed to multicultural teaching and learning and improving institutional climate, and to model such practices in the CRLT Players Theatre Program.
The CRLT Players Theatre Program makes it possible to
Disseminate research about teaching and learning issues to faculty and graduate students
Engage audiences in an interactive format
Focus more on solutions than problems
Adapt to the particular needs and concerns of the audience
Address issues that shape classroom dynamics and student behavior
