Sara Armstrong has been the Artistic Director of the CRLT Theatre Program since 2012. She has over twenty years of experience as an actor, director, dramaturg, arts administrator, and educator across professional, university, and community contexts. In her role at CRLT, she maintains the company’s repertoire of existing productions, develops original scripts, facilitates Players sessions, and works with academic units to incorporate theatre into their professional development programming. She also consults with faculty and graduate student instructors on vocal presentation skills and arts integrated instructional practices. Sara received her PhD from the interdisciplinary theatre and drama program at Northwestern University where her research focused on the framing and reception of rhythm-centric performance pedagogies.

Kathryn Pamula earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration and a B.T.A. in Theatre Arts-Performing Arts Management from the University of Michigan. She came to CRLT as a Program Assistant in 2013 and joined the CRLT Theatre Program staff in 2015. She has previously worked for several professional theatre companies including Manhattan Theatre Club. Kathryn oversees performance and travel logistics for the CRLT Players and manages the the Players' website.

Courtney Riddle earned a B.A. in Communications and Theater Arts from Eastern Michigan University in 2002. She became Company Manager of the CRLT Players in 2010 where she recruits, casts, supervises, and coordinates the work of the actors. She also coordinates rehearsal and performance schedules, travels with the company, and collaborates with the Artistic Director on program development. Courtney has been a resident of Ann Arbor since 1998 and has been performing in the music and theatrical world for over 25 years.
